Show Topic: Director Critique

What We're Looking For

For the Directors who truly have balls of steel, you video-tape yourself directing on a real project, and we critique your direction on the show. Nothing will improve you more as a Director than seeing yourself direct and analyzing your performance as a leader and coach. It's very unpleasant, but you'll grow by leaps and bounds. We've all done it, and trust us, you'll survive!

Requirements

• It can be a large or a small production, the educational value is the same.
• It can also be a rehearsal.
• You need to be able to get releases from the Actors you're working with, and any crew member who speaks a lot. We'd like to not have to blur out too many faces.

If Selected For The Show

• In addition to releases from people on camera, we'll need releases from your producer.

Go Ahead And Submit!

• We'll only respond if we're considering you for the show. But don't feel bad if you don't hear back. Not being selected is mostly about what makes the right show.
• You will not be added to any email list.
• Any project pitches will be kept confidential, will not be shared with third parties, and are deleted if we pass.
• If pitching a project, you release us from liability, should anyone connected to the show be working on a similar idea. Improbable, but not impossible.
